The person behind the method

I’m Michael Donnelly— Experience Designer and award-winning social impact entrepreneur. Experience Design OS was born out of my deep curiosity around what drives impactful experiences in everyday business and life. I started off planning and creating events and conferences and grew into consulting. After finding the same gaps in alignment plaguing Fortune 500s to start ups, I designed a methodology that embeds intentional Experience Design as the heart of your Operating System connecting customer, culture, and brand experience.

I'm driven by curiosity, a constant explorer of how to shake things up, and a firm believer that diversity is innovation.

I’ve been designing experiences since my 7th birthday party at Leaps n' Bounds and I strive to carry the same tenacity as my 7y/o self, leading with the idea that "business gets done when people have fun.”
